Taken in the remarkable village of Portmeirion, this doorway immediately caught my attention. Framed by textured walls and soft light, it reveals just enough of the landscape beyond to awaken curiosity. Rather than showing the destination, it leaves room for the imagination to wander.
I like photographs that don't tell the whole story. This doorway offers only a glimpse beyond, allowing each viewer to imagine where the path might lead. Sometimes the mystery is every bit as important as the destination.
