"Schmetterling" is the German word for "butterfly." The gallery's name honours Barbara's mother, who was German and a significant supporter of her work. Barbara also has a deep passion for butterflies, making the name particularly meaningful.

We aim to keep shipping fees as low as possible:
For orders over £75: Shipping is FREE (use code: OVER75 at checkout).
For orders under £75: Shipping costs £4.99.

No, we do not offer express delivery. Please contact us before ordering if you need your item urgently, and we will do our best to help.

All photographic prints and canvases are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Unframed prints: Shipped in protective tubes.
Framed images & canvases: Securely wrapped for protection.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and undamaged items. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have started, and changes may not be possible.
